Most units in the building are 1 bedroom  with an open loft that counts as 2nd bedroom downtown because the building is a high-rise with a fire sprinkler system. A small percentage of the units are 1 bedroom and most of these units are on the west side of the building and have downtown skyline views A handful of units are 3 bedroom units Real Silk also includes a separate attached townhouse that shares one of the two common area garages

Typical parking per unit is 1 space either a garage space or an outside space. Some units have no deeded parking spaces. Outside Spaces:

Challenges:

As one of the older condo conversions downtown many of the units need updating. The amount and type of updating just varies based on what he current and past owner has previously completed. Most units only have 1 parking space and some units have none. There is a small first come first serve common parking lot by the front door and there is free parking on Park and North Ave.  (Note as you might expect finding parking after 5:oo PM Thursday through Saturday evenings can be very tough.)
